1. When did you first start feeling bad about your appearance?

In fact I can never actually remember feeling good about my appearance, as a little girl I was very much a tom boy, growing up with 4 older brothers climbing trees, and doing general boyish things, from as young as the age of 4 I decided to change my name to Ed! I used to say, “me not Racheal me Ed” I am not sure if that is related but it certainly shows signs of being more comfortable when pretending to be someone else even from such a young age.
